We are interested in collaborating with yoga teachers, pilates and zumba instructors, and all kinds of alternative healers or teachers to offer holistic healing classes and workshops for the Brattleboro community.
Within our historic building at 11 Green Street, we have a yoga studio that is outfitted with mats, cushions, and other accessories. We also have multiple event spaces to accommodate groups of any size.

Choose between Monday night's candlelit Gentle Spa Yoga
taught by Stephanie Coleman-Givens, or Friday morning Chill Bliss Yoga with Kristin Cassidy. Students engage in gentle stretching and relaxation.
Kristin Cassidy also teaches heated flow yoga classes on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, offering students a journey of dynamic movement with a focus on the breath.
Somatic psychotherapist and facilitator Em Megas-Russell leads participants in a group shake--wiggling, shaking and bouncing to a high-energy playlist--every month at the new moon. Shaking helps to release stuck energy and emotion, among many other benefits.
Shubalananda Saraswati is an American sadhu offering Kirtan, a Dakshina based Bhakti yoga practice, every month. His powerful blues rooted kirtan is an ancient call and response spiritual practice from India which he offers as a loving gift to his Guru, his highest self and the community around him. When Shubala sings, his Guru's Shakti fills everyone in the room with a tangibly nourishing soulful energy.
