september is wellness month at Heart Rose: great deals and new offerings to come!
Dates: Tuesdays, September 16 - December 9
Time: 7:00 - 8:30pm
Grief touches every part of our being: mind, body, and spirit.
This 13-week workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to explore and process grief through Hauschka Artistic Therapy, an approach that blends creativity, self-expression, and reflection to foster resilience and personal growth.
Through the use of colored pencils, pastels, acrylics, paper, and journaling, participants will be guided in art-making experiences designed to open new perspectives, support adaptive coping strategies, and encourage emotional healing.
Each session invites you to create, reflect, and discover a renewed sense of empowerment as you move through your grief journey.
Whether you are navigating a recent loss or carrying grief from the past, this program provides a compassionate community and a unique path toward solace, meaning, and transformation.
