The Heart Rose Club, a historic 1915 building in downtown Brattleboro, offers unique spaces for gatherings of all kinds — from birthday parties and baby showers to workshops and meetings. With original Victorian details and vintage charm, our rooms provide a warm, personal setting for your event

Our Main Hall is available for private events Sundays through Tuesdays, when Green Mountain Ramen is not serving in the space.

We also offer smaller rooms — the Yoga Studio, Grand Room, and Victorian Lounge — for more intimate gatherings or creative projects.

Whether you’re planning a full-scale celebration with food and bar service, or a simple room rental for a small group, this page will help you find the right fit.

main hall event rentals

Our Main Hall is ideal for birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, community gatherings, workshops, and private events.

Availability

Main Hall rentals are generally available Sunday through Tuesday.

Hourly Rates

$100/hour - Main Hall rental
Outside food permitted; no alcohol

$135/hour - Main Hall rental with bar service
Staffed bar options: Cash bar, open bar, drink tickets

Minimum Rental: 3 hours

A $40 cleaning/restocking fee is applied to all Main Hall rentals.

Catering

In-house catering available for your event
$100/hr room rental + food costs, food tax, and gratuity
Tables, chairs, linen table cloths, plates, utensils, coffee, and tea included

Booking & Payment

50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve the date
Remaining balance due 7 days prior to event

Victorian Lounge

A character-filled room on the first floor, well suited for small meetings, intimate gatherings, or low-key celebrations.

Capacity: Up to 10 guests

Rate: $30/hour

Yoga Flow Room

Victorian Lounge

This luminous room on the second floor is great for a book club or small cozy meeting, and has an adjoining bathroom.

Capacity: Up to 10 guests

Rate: $30/hour

Grand Room

Yoga Studio

A spacious second-floor room suitable for small group events, dancing, rituals, and community gatherings.

Capacity: Up to 30 guests

Rate: $75/hour

Yoga Studio

A bright, open studio space on the third floor, ideal for movement practices, small classes, rehearsals, or workshops.

Capacity: Up to 20 guests

Rate: $60/hour

Infrared Heat Panel Add-on: +$25/hr to use the ceiling infrared heat panels

Amenities

All of the rooms have Wifi access.

Bluetooth speaker is available for use

Floor cushions are available for use in the Grand Room or Yoga Studio

A table and folding chairs can be set up in the Victorian Lounge.

Availability

Room rental rates above apply during regular staffed hours (Tuesday to Friday), when wellness classes are not in session. (Detailed schedule to come; we are not staffed on Mondays.)

If you’re hoping to book outside of these hours, please reach out — we may be able to accommodate your request at an adjusted rate to cover staffing.

Note: 2-hour minimum is required for room rentals outside of our regular staffed hours.

Food & Beverage Guidelines

Victorian Lounge (first floor):

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Second- and third-floor spaces (Yoga Studio, Grand Room, Yoga Flow Room):

No food/drink permitted. Covered water only.

Payment

Payment is due 2 weeks prior to the rental, to reserve the space.

We accept cash/check/Venmo/Zelle.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a partial refund to cover administrative costs.
